Battlefield Environment Simulation System

Introduction:

The battlefield environment simulation system is designed to provide realistic battlefield environment simulation for evaluating the environmental adaptability of equipment in combat tests. It involves research on testing technologies and methods for weapons and equipment in complex battlefield environments. The simulation system primarily includes three aspects: selection of battlefield natural environments, creation of battlefield atmosphere, and construction of electromagnetic environments.

Functions:

1) The battlefield environment simulation system can simulate harsh natural environments in different regions, including extreme cold, intense heat, heavy rain, snowfall, and other natural conditions, as well as terrain environments such as jungles, swamps, mountains, and deserts;

2) The battlefield environment simulation system can realistically create a battlefield atmosphere, such as battlefield-specific sounds, flames, smoke, odors, and scenes of casualties and ruins, helping to enhance the troops' mission execution capabilities;

3) The battlefield environment simulation system can simulate various electromagnetic signals on the battlefield, including signals potentially emitted by friendly and opposing forces, enabling training units to operate in a complex electromagnetic environment close to real battlefield conditions;

4) The battlefield environment simulation system can replace live combat training. Using a human-machine combination approach, it allows for quantitative and qualitative analysis of various systems and facilitates battlefield assessment and evaluation;

5) The battlefield environment simulation system can evaluate the equipment's detection capabilities, reconnaissance abilities, and anti-jamming performance on the battlefield.

Parameters:

1) Size: ≥1 km²;

2) Natural Environment: Outdoor site (special natural outdoor sites selected based on requirements);

3) Sound: Sound effect simulators (artillery, tanks, etc.) ≥180 dB, movable sound sources, quantity configured as needed, directional or non-directional;

4) Light: Realistic spectrum, intensity, and luminous area of artillery explosions, instantaneous brightness >4×10⁷ cd, movable light sources, configured as needed, directional or spherical;

5) Smoke: Parameters such as diffusion radius, dissipation speed, and visibility after smoke deployment, covering no fewer than 2 areas;

6) Electromagnetic Environment: Constructs electromagnetic environments simulating the electromagnetic spectrum and bands of both friendly and enemy forces;
